Hello! My name is Hank Bates. I am a Utah native, lucky to have grown up in the Salt Lake Valley, and now call Oakley home. I have skied professionally for nearly a decade, based at Snowbird and the Wasatch backcountry. Following earning my bachelors degree at the University of Utah I have specialized in new construction and residential real estate.

Prior to my real estate career, I was a heavy equipment operator, digging custom homes throughout the Summit and Wasatch counties. This is experience I have found valuable when navigating new construction real estate. I truly enjoy helping individuals and families finding the right home. My favorite aspect of this work is meeting and developing relationships with people from all walks of life.
